Creating an effective Measurement Plan

			When helping clients with their analytics implementations, we often run Measurement Planning workshops - bringing together stakeholders to better understand their measurement requirements. This video (part of the excellent <a href="https://analyticsacademy.withgoogle.com/">Analytics Academy</a> series) demonstrates a typical measurement planning and implementation process - closely aligned to the <a href="http://measurelab2.wpengine.com/blog/analytics-planning-is-at-the-heart-of-a-truly-measurable-digital-strategy/">analytics planning</a> approach we take - and usefully outlines some of the things to expect along the way.
