Careers

We put people first. Because guess what, happy people do better work. We’re caring, inclusive and collaborative. Some may scoff at the word nice, but we are. And it doesn’t make us any less exacting or ambitious.

The values we live by

If this isn’t you, you probably shouldn’t apply. You won’t like it here.

Curiosity

You’re fascinated by the world of analytics and hungry to learn more.

Generosity

You don’t always share your biscuits, but you give your knowledge freely.

Empathy

You respect your clients and colleagues because everyone’s doing their best.

Transparency

You’re open and honest with everyone, always. No hidden agendas, no politics.

Every growing company is a training company

Whatever your specialism, one thing you will do at Measurelab is learn.

With a clear skills matrix and structured development paths for every role, we’ll give
you every opportunity to flex, stretch and extend yourself.

And as we grow, you’ll grow with us.

Plus a few extras

Pension, private healthcare, flu jabs, yoga and pilates, eye tests and glasses, cycle to work scheme, shiny new technology scheme, holiday buyback scheme (we like a scheme), fresh fruit, locally-roasted coffee, draft beer on tap.

Doing stuff together

We have created a working environment that promotes collaboration across all teams – as well being a rather nice space to hang out in. And we do have a bit of fun from time to time, both in the office and out (whether that be a team lunch or an away weekend in Paris), whilst providing a supportive and nurturing environment to help you to succeed.
