Everyone is hands-on, including the founders. We're all experts, but nobody thinks they know best. We believe there are multiple solutions to any problem. And getting to the best solution is more important than being right.

We believe in all the benefits of distributed working, but we're aware of the challenges too. So you're free to work remotely, but never feel isolated.

You're welcome anytime at one of our hubs in London, Lewes or Manchester. Or there are regular all-company gatherings for some unforgettable experiences.
